A single-family residence on one of the best surviving blocks of Georgetown’s federal period. Four storeys of brick, a deep front entry with its original fanlight, and a walled garden at the rear that runs to a converted carriage house used by the previous resident as a library and study.
The principal rooms are on the parlor floor — a through-living with twin fireplaces and the original plaster cornice preserved. The kitchen was reconfigured in 2018 to open to the garden terrace.
